I am a conversion-led brand strategist and web designer, focused on building creative, growth-oriented solutions for small businesses and passionate entrepreneurs helping them scale their businesses beyond their shells and show up as the true experts that they are.

What inspired you to start your business?

I’m a giver and creator by nature.

As I graduated from college and went to work as a Marketing Director/Brand Executive for a consultancy, I almost immediately felt stuck. I wanted to do more, give more, share more, learn more.

I left my job without a backup plan (which was pure nonsense for my family). I was like a wild animal that got off the chains and ran into the wilderness seeking its place in the world.

It wasn’t a smooth ride but with each bump (aka mistake/obstacle), I learned and evolved. The need to teach and serve was the true driver to start my business.

From the moment when I realised that I have a voice and wisdom to share, and that people were willing to listen and embrace – I knew I found my calling. Being able to change the life of entrepreneurs who are following their passion is the biggest gift of all. And that is what makes it all worth it.

What is something you would say to someone who is struggling in their first few years of business? Is there something you struggled with and learned from in those first few years?

Mistakes are opportunities for growth. Embrace them.

My Masters degree was in "Entrepreneurship, Management and Innovation", but the best lessons I learned were not in the classroom but as I started running my own business and making mistakes.

It’s impossible to be “perfect” and “know it all” as you start out (and as a true perfectionist, this was a hard pill to swallow). But with time, I learned to embrace the mistakes I made and take as much value as I can from them. This also helped me become better at assessing which risks should I take and “what’s the worst that can happen” (spoiler: it’s never as bad as we imagine it to be).

I would also tell them to seek help and use their network as much as possible. For years, I was afraid of asking for help because I didn’t want people to see me as a failure. With time, I learned how invaluable this is for a starting entrepreneur and I’m proud now that people come to me for help, and it’s finally my time to give back to the world.

What hobbies, causes, or activities are you passionate about aside from your work?

I used to play tennis and was on the rise to become a professional tennis player. Unfortunately, due to injuries and accidents, I had to give up professional training but I still compete locally and play when I can.

I also absolutely adore traveling and discovering new places… preferably with my hubs :) My dream is to hike the Patagonia trail (aka the Route of Parks), which covers 2,800km for the city of Puerto Montt down to Cape Horn!
