I am a community builder, gatherer, connector and the founder of Rebelle Con and the Rebelle Community. Our organization brings people together with the goal of inspiring women to create their own version of success through panel conversations, workshops, conferences, and other events.
What inspired you to start your business?
My desire to connect with real women who were doing their own thing their own way. We started with a small conference two years ago, added an in-person networking community, and are currently using a unique business model and structure to expand to new markets. Creating meaningful connections is innovative in the networking space and that is what we do.
What is something you would say to someone who is struggling in their first few years of business? Is there something you struggled with and learned from in those first few years?
Take care of yourself! I have been burned out many times which is easy to do when you are just getting started in your business. The people I have surrounded myself through the work that I do are more important to me than the work itself. Real relationships provide a value that cannot be measured.
What hobbies, causes, or activities are you passionate about aside from your work?
Sleeping, plants, watching Disney movies with my little people.
