What inspired you to start your business?
I was inspired by the lack of agencies who provide a *complete* package to help business owners launch. You need an OBM, even temporarily. You need an admin VA. You need a tech VA to implement. You need the marketing behind everything. You need the copy written - these are all found at The Launch Guild.
What is something you would say to someone who is struggling in their first few years of business? Is there something you struggled with and learned from in those first few years?
Half of this battle is mindset, and if you don't care for yourself while scaling, your vision won't be supported by the action steps it requires.
I would say to *not* wait to hire a coach or mentor for yourself to help guide you through everything. Some people think they only need one once things reach a certain financial level, but I would argue that ANY stage of business has earned your seat in front of someone who can help you.
What hobbies, causes, or activities are you passionate about aside from your work?
Teaching fitness classes (and participating in some) has kept a fire lit in me that has nothing to do with my business. Feeling physically strong helps everything else in life as a byproduct, too, so it's easy to keep myself involved in that world.
