I teach socially conscious entrepreneurs how to sell their products and services by combining strategic marketing and mindset work. My main goal in life is to help entrepreneurs find the voice, confidence, and courage to pursue the things they want in life. Marketing is just my tool to carry out this mission!

What hobbies, causes, or activities are you passionate about aside from your work?

I'm passionate about equality, sustainability, and human rights. In a world that's divided by our differences, I strive to bring people together, to teach tolerance and communication skills that can break barriers and help us better understand one another.

I'm also very passionate about family preservation and ethical adoption. I'm currently trying to adopt and through the process, I've realized that many adoption organizations exercise coercion to force young mothers to relinquish their parental rights. On the other hand, there are many children who have been dealt with very difficult cards and who need a home. I'm passionate about supporting struggling mothers who want to parent as well as hopeful adoptive parents who understand the ethics and complexities of adoption.

On a more light-hearted note, I love dancing, traveling and experiencing different cultures.

What’s something you do at your business that’s "weird" and not commonly done?

I prioritize human beings over money. My employees and clients are my family and I treat them as such. I value authenticity over perfection.

My clients and friends describe me as fun and quirky. They say I can turn mundane, geeky topics into something relevant that people can get excited about!

What inspired you to start your business?

The lack of advancement opportunities for women in my field of work. I noticed men who were not nearly as qualified as the women around me were getting the promotions and the high salaries, over and over again. That made me decide to start a business and to do better for my employees.
